Dining Playbook: Training Camp With The Skinny Beet’s Richard And Katie Chudy

On this week’s “Dining Playbook” training camp, husband and wife team Richard and Katie Chudy took over the kitchen.

The couple founded The Skinny Beet, a Boston-based personal chef service, and they also have their own blog and a couple of cookbooks to their names. And, they taught Jenny Johnson how to make a patty melt with an onion, cranberry and tarragon jam at the Boston Center for Adult Education, where they also teach classes.
