Billy Costa goes to Stop and Shop to learn how to make the perfect Burrata Summer Salad featuring Little Leaf Farms Lettuce! Check out the recipe courtesy of Stop & Shop below:


  • ½ cup hazelnuts
  • 4 clementines
  • ½ red onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 (9 oz) bag mixed greens
  • 2 (4 oz) pkgs burrata cheese
  • 1 (7 oz) container pesto


  1. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and toast in a sauté pan without oil or butter until golden, 3 min. Peel the clementines and break apart the segments.
  2. Slice the onion and quarter the tomatoes. Arrange the mixed greens in a bowl with the tomatoes, clementines, and onion. Tear the burrata cheese and set on top. Drizzle with pesto and sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts.
