Joanne Chang knows a thing or two about baking.
The renowned pastry chef oversees popular bakeries like Flour Bakery and Myers + Chang and also recently published a cookbook, “Baking with Less Sugar.” On this week’s episode of “Dining Playbook,” Chang joined Billy Costa at the BCAE to show off some of her skills.
