The Blue Ox in Lynn, Mass., is packed just about every night and it’s not hard to figure out why.

Matt O’Neill, the owner and chef of Blue Ox, stopped by the BCAE kitchen to whip up some pan-seared codfish and risotto. Not only did the dish taste delicious, as confirmed by Dining Playbook co-host Billy Costa, but the presentation of the meal also was dazzling.
