“Dining Playbook” went south of the border this week.

Eric Brambila, chef of Ixtapa Mexican Grill & Cantina, joined host Billy Costa in the kitchen, and showed him how to make some chicken and steak fajitas.

Ixtapa already has five locations in Massachusetts (Acton, Groton, Lexington, Lunenberg and Woburn), and Brambila shared they’ll be opening a sixth restaurant in Watertown, Mass., in the near future.
