Let’s make a Little Leaf Farms grab-and-go “Summer Vibes” Mason Jar salad!

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Little Leaf Farms Baby Crispy Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 8 oz Cabot Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into ¼” cubes
  • 1.50 cups corn, cut from 2 cobs*
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 15 oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups quinoa, cooked and cooled (from about ⅓ cup dry)
  • ½ cup of your favorite vinaigrette
