We’re making Jenny Johnson’s favorite summer salad featuring Little Leaf Farms lettuce.


  • 4 cups Little Leaf Farms Baby Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced into quarters (stems removed)
  • 1 cup cucumbers, quartered
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • Salt + pepper, to taste


    • 2 Tbs honey
    • 2 Tbs stone ground mustard
    • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
    • 1/2 c olive oil
    • Salt + pepper, to taste


  • Make vinaigrette by adding all dressing ingredients into a small bowl or jar with a lid. Whisk or shake vigorously to combine.
  • Add all salad ingredients to a large serving plate or salad bowl. Pour dressing on top and toss to combine.
  • Serve + enjoy!
