We’re making Jenny Johnson’s favorite summer salad featuring Little Leaf Farms lettuce.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Little Leaf Farms Baby Green Leaf Lettuce
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced into quarters (stems removed)
- 1 cup cucumbers, quartered
- 1 cup raw pecans
- Salt + pepper, to taste
Vinaigrette:

- 2 Tbs honey
- 2 Tbs stone ground mustard
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c olive oil
- Salt + pepper, to taste
Instructions

Make vinaigrette by adding all dressing ingredients into a small bowl or jar with a lid. Whisk or shake vigorously to combine.

Add all salad ingredients to a large serving plate or salad bowl. Pour dressing on top and toss to combine.
