PASSOVER AND EASTER SUNDAY 2022
April is here and it’s finally SPRING! This new season brings us warmer weather, baseball, and plenty of holidays to celebrate with the family. Two of these holidays are Easter and Passover, and for those of us who are ready to pass the cooking duties off to the pros, we gathered a list of places to visit or grab some takeout from!
PASSOVER:
Mamalehs: Need to plan ahead for Passover on the 15th? Mamaleh’s is taking orders NOW if you want to craft your best Passover Seder!
Zafitgs: If you’re planning to get ahead on Seder, Zatfigs is taking orders now until April 8th by 3 pm! Have a dinner for two or check out it’s a la carte menu!
Eh Chocolatier: Have a sweet ending to Passover with chocolate treats at Eh Chocolatier! May we need to say more than Chocolate Matza Almond Toffee?
Town Meeting Bistro at Inn at Hastings Park: Have your Seder in the ‘burbs on Passover night! Town Meeting Bistro is having a four-course meal for the holiday and it has everything – haroset, matzo ball soup, braised beef short ribs, and many more! Reservations are recommended.
South End Buttery: Enjoy Seder without all the clean-up! South End Buttery is having a Passover Seder in its dining room on Thursday, April 14th starting at 6 pm. Make sure to leave room for cake – flourless cake that is! Get your ticket here.
EASTER SUNDAY:
Catalyst: Catalyst Chef/Owner William Kovel is inviting families to enjoy Easter Sunday at his Cambridge restaurant which will feature an Easter Buffet, Easter Egg Hunt on the green outside and a special visit from the Easter Bunny! Easter Bunny will be there from 10a until 1p with the Easter Egg Hunt taking place at both 11a until 1:00p. Reservations are required.
Grand Tour: Grand Tour on Newbury Street is celebrating Easter on Sunday, April 17th with a four course, prix-fixed Easter Feast. Guests are invited to spend the springtime holiday enjoying the food, drink, merriment, and overlooking posh Newbury Street. The multi-coursed menu will be served all day from 11:30a until 9p and will include Easter favorites as well as having their traditional menu available. Advanced reservations are required.
Alden & Harlow: A Harvard square favorite, Alden & Harlow is showcasing a limited time Easter-inspired brunch menu along with their full a la carte menu. Get in the season and celebrate with their delightful and delicious cocktails! Reservations recommended.
Branch Line: Enjoy an a la carte Easter brunch nestled right in Watertown at Branch Line. With a beautiful al fresco atmosphere, it’ll be sure to put you in the spring spirit! If you want to enjoy the meal at home, you can create the ideal Easter meal to-go! Check out the menu here.
The Dial: Inside or outside, enjoy global fare at The Dial in Central Square, Cambridge! Chef Justin Urso will have their spring menu as well as festive a la carte specials meant for the celebration! Reservations recommended.
Cosmica: Spice up your Easter at Cosmica! All day they’re doing a special Easter menu for brunch and for dinner – you won’t want to miss this! Reservations recommended.
