Flight Club specials

Earlier this week we shared a few of our favorite spots for Valentine’s Day. We know not everyone may be into the idea of a romantic night out. But that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate Cupid’s Day with a little fun. The following are a few great places that’ll put a little less pressure on the evening, but a whole lot of fun too.

The Beehive

Love is in the air, and so is the live music. Grab your sweetie, your gals, or your best friend for a night at The Beehive. The restaurant will be hosting a 5-day long event with Valentine’s Day inspired menu features as well as signature cocktail specials. Enjoy live jazz music performances from 2/12 to 2/16 and a special jazz brunch on the weekend.

Bodega Canal

In the mood for a Valentine’s Day fiesta? Hit up Bodega Canal for Strawberry Champagne Margaritas, Tuna Poke Tacos with pineapple and pomegranate salsa, avocado crema, crispy quinoa ancho and Short Rib Tamales with salsa aguajilo and repollo. Can’t make it on the 14th? Rest easy, those Strawberry Champagne Margaritas will be available throughout the month of February.

Black Lamb

The South End American brasserie and raw bar will be celebrating its first Valentine’s Day as a new restaurant. Chef Colin Lynch welcomes neighbors and friends to celebrate Valentine’s Day by not enjoying some specials for two, but to take a moment to send a love letter to someone in their life. After you write your letter, Black Lamb will mail it on your behalf. As for food, the Raw Bar Special for Two includes four oysters, two shrimp cocktail, and tune poke for $25.

Flight Club

The Seaport’s newest addition brings “Social Darts” to Boston, and we think this super fun spot makes for a really cool Valentine’s Day idea. Whether you’ll be out with a loved one or looking for a Galentine’s Day experience, book an evening of darts, cotton candy and creative cocktails at Flight Club. Menu specials include oysters on the half shell, grilled uni toast, fried belly clams, and a rotating selection of cotton candy.

Kings

Looking for more of an anti-Valentine’s Day experience? Kings’ weekend celebration will be the opposite of romantic, but still, a ton of fun. Guests are invited for a bowling experience where they can place their ex’s name on a keepsake pin to strike out in a game. In addition to striking out your ex (whew, closure!), guests will also receive Bumble Codes for the Bumble app and a Stella Artois chalice.
