How to Make Teriyaki Salmon

Kickin’ off 2020 with a healthier mindset? We’ve got your back with this delicious (and healthy!) dish from the team at Wegmans.

Red Pepper
Basting Oil
Salt & Pepper
Salmon filet

Cut up peppers and mushrooms and place in a bowl. Drizzle with Basting Oil and mix.
Place the salmon on a plate, and salt and pepper them to taste.
Place mushrooms and peppers on a pan and place the salmon on top. Top with parsley and Wegmans Teriyaki Sauce.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
