INGREDIENTS
– 1 floz oil, canola
– 1 tsp ginger, minced
– .5 tsp garlic, minced
– 1 oz shallots, sliced
– 2 tbl scallion, chopped
– 2 oz cabbage, napa
– 2 oz shiitake mushrooms
– 3 oz corn, kernels
– 7 oz ramen noodles
– .5 floz sauce, sriracha
– 14 oz white miso broth
– 1 oz arugula
DIRECTIONS
1. on a medium high heat pan add oil then add garlic, ginger, shallots, mushrooms & corn and cook for 3 minutes
2. then add , sriracha, cabbage, noodles and cook for another 3 minutes
3. then add scallions, miso broth and let simmer for 5 minutes and is ready for plating
4. add arugula as a garnish on the top.
