More than just a place to sleep for visitors, the Envoy provides an atmosphere that makes you never want to leave. From the Outlook Kitchen to the Lookout Rooftop, it really is a one-stop shop.
The menu here is innovative.
Inspired by whatever is driving Chef Tatiana at the moment, it draws from different cuisines, cultures, and ingredients.
I think people should come and eat at the envoy hotel and outlook kitchen because we are so innovative and creative, so while I do want people to be comforted by my food, enjoy their meal, I also want to stretch their imaginations and have them try something that maybe they haven’t tried before.
If you’re visiting for brunch, the Lobster Benedict is a must try. The Maine Lobster is poached with a little bit of butter and topped with a creamy hollandaise sauce.
For lunch one of my favorite things here is the duck confit melt. It’s served with melty Gruyere cheese and tangy sour cherry chutney and it’s absolutely perfect to have on a cold winter day. For dinner we have things like peas and carrots – so this kind of goes on the innovative aspect of my menu, but the peas and carrots are actually crispy spiced chickpeas and burnt carrot puree, that are all held together by a creamy burrata and a little bit of local honey.
And we can’t forget about the most important part – the drinks.
All of the cocktails really do complement and pair very well with our menus. One of the ones I’m most excited about is the Teeling Frisky. It’s served warm and it’s perfect on a nice winter day when the snow is falling outside, and you need something to warm you both with the alcohol and in temperature.
How about a cocktail with a view? Head upstairs to the Lookout Rooftop and Bar for that famous skyline that you always see on your Instagram feed. Make yourself comfortable under the new retractable roof, or set yourself up in one of their heated igloos.
New to the igloos this year is a small bites menu. You and your friends can enjoy things like flatbreads, soft pretzels with beer cheese, and cinnamon sugar churros. These bites, plus a warm cocktail, and the incredible view… all makes for one unforgettable evening.
Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, or a nice comfy room to sleep in, the Envoy hotel is the place you need to be. Located right here in Boston’s Seaport district, come and see me, and enjoy your time.
