Jenny traveled up to Bath, NH to chat with Kristin Canty, owner of Woods Hill Table and Adelita in Concord, MA and the newly opened Woods Hill Pier 4 in Boston’s Seaport. They explored the grounds of the 260 acre farm, The Farm at Woods Hill.

Kristin’s main mission for these restaurants is to serve grass-fed meats only. Kristin jumped at the opportunity to purchase the farm to help keep up with the high-demand of the restaurant.
