When you step inside this trendy space, you’ll find traditional Thai statues, flashy colors, and an exciting atmosphere.

Owner Dave Becker wanted to create a space that was a combination of laid back and a party, and Balani perfectly depicts both.

The Asian artwork was a big inspiration when designing the menu, so you’ll find many tempting dishes with those tasty Asian flavors.

Puffy chickpea fries are stacked like logs on a paprika-sumac mayo. Made crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, more than just the Vegetarians will love this starter.

We also have a duck poutine with a duck egg on top. That’s something you don’t often see on an Asian menu either but when we were trying it out it was just so good and almost immediately it became a fan favorite.

Burger lovers, you are going to love Balani’s take on the smash-burger.

We take thick cut bacon and we squish it in between the two patties and then glue it together with some cheese and then on top of that we have housemade awesomesauce which is basically thousand island dressing.

Next time you visit Waltham’s famous restaurant row, we highly recommend you pop into Balani. Located at Four-Sixty-Nine Moody Street and online at BalaniWaltham.com.

This place was built for a party. After work if you’re stuck in traffic on 128, come by. We’ll have a good time.
