A new addition to our appetizer selection is our sautéed shrimp appetizer. Nice sautéed shrimp, garlic, white wine, feta cream sauce, and we have toast that you can dip and share with your friends and really enjoy a lighter fare.
If you haven’t tried the Brisket Grilled Cheese, you’re in for a real treat. The slow-roasted brisket is melt-in-your-mouth tender and tossed in a maple sriracha sauce, and topped with housemade pickled onions, Vermont cheddar cheese, and is then pressed panini thin on Piantedosi French bread.
We have a great burger on our menu it’s the max burger, it’s become one of our signature items. It’s a half pound of certified angus beef, stacked high with American cheese, housemade pickles, crispy onion strings, shredded lettuce, a special secret sauce, and all of that is in between a griddled brioche styled Piantedosi bun.
The California Chicken sandwich incorporates so many delicious flavors. The flavorful chicken breast is topped with light, fluffy black forest ham, pepper jack cheese, housemade guacamole, chipotle mayo, and is all sandwiched between griddled Piantedosi French bread.
