As Jenny’s new motherhood continues to unfold, she’s finding new and exciting ways to stay active. Recently, Jenny’s been working out with pre and postnatal fitness instructor, Kayla Mehr. When she herself was pregnant, Kayla found that the workout information out there for pregnant women was vague and confusing, so she decided to start her own business and help those soon-to-be moms.
