How to Make Tempura Artichokes

4 Cooked Artichokes cut in half
1.5 Cups Flour
1 Egg
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Cups Sparkling Water
Garlic Aioli
Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine flour, egg, baking powder, pepper, and sparkling water in a bowl and whisk.
Dip the halved artichokes in the mixture.
Slowly dip in pot of heated oil and cook for two minutes.
Season with salt.
Serve with garlic aioli and enjoy!
