INGREDIENTS
2 Jumbo shrimps
¼ cup white wine
½ cup Chicken stock
1 cloves garlic sliced
1 leaf basil leaf
1 oz unsalted butter
½ tsp lemon juice
3 Cherry Tomatoes
Salt & Pepper
0.5 oz oil

PREPARATION
In sautéed pan, heat up pan, put oil and shrimp, give a nice color to the shrimp, add garlic.
Deglaze with white wine, add chicken stock and reduce heat.
Add butter and tomato and simmer.
Finish with lemon juice , basil leaf and S&P.
