When it comes to finding fun new ways to work out, it might not get any more unique than parkour.

Parkour is a type of “freerunning” that involves running, jumping and climbing to get from point A to point B, and it also can be a way to stay in shape. So Billy Costa went to Brooklyn Boulders in Somerville, Mass., to learn more about classes available in the area from Parkour Generations director Blake Evitt.
