Billy Costa and Jenny Johnson will host the Dining Playbook Gala on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Park Plaza Castle in Boston. This high-end tasting event, sponsored by Herb Chambers, will feature 25 premier New England restaurants. Guests will have the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes, drink wine, beer and cocktails and dance to the music of 12 piece band Signature. In addition, there will be a live charity auction to benefit Share our Strength, a non-profit dedicated to ending childhood hunger.
