Greg Weinstock and the crew at Salvatore’s tried to take chicken parmesan off its menu. That didn’t quite work out.

The Salvatore’s patrons loved the dish so much that they pushed back, and the chicken parm stayed on the menu, which is very good news for those who frequent one of their five locations.
