Dining Playbook: Billy Costa Goes Behind The Bar At Beat Hotel

Billy Costa went behind the bar recently.

The “Dining Playbook” host joined Oscar, a bartender at the Beat Hotel in Harvard Square, to learn how to make the “American Breed.” The drink contains the popular St. Elder liqueur, bourbon and some apple cider.
