On this week’s “Dining Playbook,” Billy Costa sat down with president of Back to Nature food products Vincent Fantegrossi to figure out how his past partnership with Cape Cod Potato Chips has helped him progress into his next business venture.

Back to Nature is a brand of snack products that are as affordable as they are nutritious. Products include cereals, soups and juices, and they can be found at grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, Market Basket and Shaw’s.
