Herb Chambers sells 131 cars a day in the Boston area, and all that selling works up quite the appetite. Chambers grew up in the area, so he’s had plenty of time to explore restaurant options in the city. Even after all that time, though, a few of Chambers’ favorite local restaurants are well-known classics.
